I did a 10 minute session with one elastrator band on and put my dying testicles in an ice bath (with extra ice cubes). I thought it would be nice to see, but the feeling in the end was worth it.

إلى Maximius1983 : ja, erst die Elastrator Ringe aber ohne Betäubung durch Lidocaine Spray, dann Eiswasser so bleiben die Eier im Sack und können nicht ausweichen

Nice, Ice bath on banded balls feels very good. I sometimes use 10% lidocaine spray before banding on the area and then the time increases to at least 30 minutes. I can band with two red bands for 30 minutes after spraying twice during the banding time.
