I use one in mine now due to opening the urethra down the shaft and will eventually be down to the scrotum and will be only pissing out at new urethra area cut at the scrotum which is getting split

Your partially right it started with a Prince Albert piercing that got stretched to far leaving to thin of a piece of skin holding my Prince Albert so with no other options I cut what was about a 3/16 piece of skin
